About Us

The Milton Canoe and Camera Club has been serving members in the community of Milton and surrounding areas of the South Shore Nova Scotia since 1949. We encourage you to join our club and play a part in its continued growth.

As a non-profit we are dedicated to the advancement and enjoyment of canoeing and photography. Our canoe club brings paddlers together to provide a safe and fun paddling experience for children and adults of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Our camera club will not only push your skill further but will help build relationships with people that share a common passion for photography.

This video is broken down in three sections. The first part displays photos of our new clubhouse under construction in the summer and fall of 2018. It continues with photos of our Chair, David Lewis, navigating our club canoe float through the streets of Liverpool during the 2019 Privateer Days Parade. The video continues to roll along with images of our members participating in paddling and photographic events. The second part of the video is a compilation of several moving images during the first day of Canoe School in June 2019. The last section of the video creatively displays the photographic submissions from our members photo challenges taken throughout the year in 2019.
